MIKE RAFT has 15 years experience as a personal trainer and 25 years in the martial arts. Having studied many different forms of self-defence over the years Mike has developed his own unique style. Drawing from the best and most practical elements of each art whilst incorporating his own "tricks of the trade" have made him one of the most successful personal self-defence trainers in the UK.

Mike also works in the film industry choreographing and training some of today's A-list stars lending realism to action scenes. His practical style combines fitness training mixed with elements of kick boxing through to no-nonsense street defence.
