Sessions move along in small painless steps, observing and noting heart rates and recovery times so we can constantly assess your progress and adjust accordingly. We realise that you will not have the same energy levels in every session and by monitoring your heart rate can observe this, ensuring you are not pushed past pre-set parameters.
The final 10 minutes of each session is set aside for flexibility work. This aids in recovery and will also improve your overall long-term performance standards.
