Pilates is a safe and effective method of mind/body exercise that focuses on the core postural muscles. These muscles help support the spine by bringing the body in to correct alignment. It is used to achieve many health and fitness goals, can resolve minor every day aches and pains and can help prevent injury.

One-to-one Pilates is always more beneficial than a group class as your instructor tailors the session solely to your individual needs. Your posture is monitored throughout and you learn the exercises at your own pace. You will see and feel the results within sessions.
