At the centre of body architecture’s personal
training concept is the idea of setting short and long-term goals.
During our initial consultation we sit down and discuss your personal
goals, whether they be muscle gain, weight loss or be a general
improvement in your physical conditioning. This starting point allows
us to plot a pathway to reaching your objective.
All our programmes are discussed, never imposed.
The structure of each session is dictated by your personal goals,
with the last 10 minutes exclusively used for flexibility and relaxation
work.
