In our lifestyle review we examine your current lifestyle habits,
such as diet, exercise levels and the stress amounts
within your day to day life.
Once a general overview is established we conduct a full physiological
assessment examining such details as blood pressure, body
fat percentage, strengths and flexibility.
The overriding reason for the lifestyle review is to discover what
your goals are and how we can meet them. This is achieved
by firstly setting short-term goals, small steps that lead to you
achieving your ultimate goal. These small steps can be things such
as an increase in chest strength or a decrease in body fat percentage.
Goal setting is the tool we use to map your personal
training sessions to maximise your efforts.
